Quiet hours after 10pm out of respect for our wonderful neighbors. No Pets please or a $250 fee will be enforced (The owner has allergies and needs to keep a pet free space) This is a NON-SMOKING home. GUEST will be assessed a smoke/odor elimination fee of $475 for smoking, permitting smoking, or otherwise causing the odor of smoking in the home. No loose trash in the garage trashcan, it must be bagged. Trash day is Tuesday. If you're staying through Monday night, please remember to roll the trash cans to the curb Monday evening.

Place was very spacious and comfortable. 3BR and 2BA allowed my family all the space we needed. Near Boise State Univ., but only 10 minutes or so from downtown Boise. Would recommend and return to unit, if I ever return to Boise.

Stayed at this property for a wedding and it was perfect! Just what we needed! We were able to walk about a mile and half ish to downtown Boise for restaurants and bars! This Airbnb was super clean, feels very fresh and new!
