House Rules

Parking & Entry: Both parking and door access are located at the back of the home. Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM out of respect for our neighbors. No Pets: We are a pet-free property due to owner allergies. A $250 fee will be charged for any unauthorized pets. No Smoking: This is a strictly non-smoking home and property. A $475 smoke and odor remediation fee will be assessed for smoking, allowing smoking, or causing any smoke odor anywhere on the premises. Trash: All trash must be bagged before placing in the garage bin — no loose trash. Pickup is Wednesday morning; please leave bins at the end of the driveway near the alley. BBQ Grill: If you use the grill, please brush it clean while still hot using the provided brush. A $25 cleaning fee applies to grills left unbrushed.
