There are three bedrooms in the house, all of which have been beautifully decorated and furnished with comfortable king bed in the primary bedroom and queen beds in the guest rooms. No shows on the day of arrival: If you do not check-in on your specified arrival date, and we have not received written notice of your late arrival or cancellation, then you will be marked as a no-show and your reservation will be cancelled (please note that the standard cancellation policy will apply). • Check-out time is before 10 am. • A full end-of-stay clean is included. • TRASH PICKUP is Thursday morning. Please push the trash bins to the curb Wednesday night as the garbage truck comes early in the morning. • Guests must be a minimum age of 18 years in order to make a reservation, and must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay. You will be asked to provide photo identification upon check-in. Any reservation made under false pretenses will forfeit all payments, and guests will be escorted from the property.

We had a great stay at this AirBnb! We were in town for a couple C of I bball games and it was what we needed - a place to lay our heads at night and rest.
