We offer the following long term stay discounts: -10% for stays of 7+ days -15% for stays of 30+ days Discounts will automatically factor in to the prices shown on AirBnB. ★For Stays over 29 nights★ Please note that for stays exceeding 29 nights, Idaho law requires that we must obtain a lease from you before hosting your stay. Our company policy also dictates that stays exceeding 29 nights require an extra cleaning every 29 days. This will be billed at the cost of an additional cleaning fee.
