Quiet hours after 10pm out of respect for our wonderful neighbors. No Pets please or a $250 fee will be enforced (The owner has allergies and needs to keep a pet free space) This is a NON-SMOKING home/property. GUEST will be assessed a smoke/odor elimination fee of $475 for smoking, permitting smoking, or otherwise causing the odor of smoking anywhere on the property. No loose trash in the garage trashcan, it must be bagged. Trash cans are located in the alley behind the house. You may access them thru the gate in the backyard. Trash day is Tuesday.

Rental was perfect for our stay while visiting friends and family in Boise. Very walkable to downtown, close trails to the foothills for early morning hike. It is a basement unit, but we had to issue with noise from the renter upstairs. Very clean, quiet and lots of space. We will be checking into renting again when we come back.
