• Check-in is available after 3pm. You will receive an access code prior to arrival to enter the home. This is a NON-SMOKING home/property. GUEST will be assessed a smoke/odor elimination fee of $475 for smoking, permitting smoking, or otherwise causing the odor of smoking anywhere on the property. No shows on the day of arrival: If you do not check-in on your specified arrival date, and we have not received written notice of your late arrival or cancellation, then you will be marked as a no-show and your reservation will be cancelled (please note that the standard cancellation policy will apply). • Check-out time is before 10 am. • A full end-of-stay clean is included. • Guests must be a minimum age of 18 years in order to make a reservation, and must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay. Guest Access

Guests will have full access to the entire home as well as the fully fenced backyard. On the back patio is a wood pellet BBQ, outdoor furniture, and a new gazebo for you to relax outside.

Lovely and very clean little house! Perfectly served our needs for our 3 day stay. We were there in the middle of a polar vortex snow storm and the house was very warm and comfortable.

Our puppy loved the fenced in backyard. We had spot of fun driving the golf cart around to local spots. A lot of great restaurants and things to do in the area. Neighborhood is very quiet and nice. House was clean and comfortable.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! Everything was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. The host’s communication was top-notch - quick, clear, and friendly. The golf cart was also a huge bonus and made it easy (and fun!) to get around. The location is perfect - close to restaurants and attractions, yet quiet enough to relax and unwind. The home is well-furnished, with a great kitchen, comfy beds, and all the little touches that make it feel special. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We'll be back! :)

I really enjoyed staying at Freedom Property for my recent trip to Bluffton. My friends and I stayed there for a weekend wedding and the space was perfect. The kitchen is pristine, and the couch can comfortably fit several people. The golf cart was a MAJOR plus, as was the sound machine in one of the rooms. The host was extremely flexible with early check in and late check out based on our flights. Because of inclement weather, we were unable to explore the way we wanted to, so we really appreciated the extra moments of comfort in the space.
