This is a NON-SMOKING home. GUEST will be assessed a smoke/odor elimination fee of $475 for smoking, permitting smoking, or otherwise causing the odor of smoking in the home.
No loose trash in the garage trashcan, it must be bagged. Trash pickup day is Tuesday. If you're staying through Monday night, please remember to roll the trash cans to the curb Monday evening.

Just like the pictures and description of home. Easy to access and beautiful kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. Close to any restaurant or food of your liking. Host responded to any questions as well as making me feel at home and having my privacy. Would definitely recommend to others looking to stay in Boise.

We had a great time staying at this property. it was my Wife and I, along with our Daughter and 2 Grandkids. the home is very spacious, and has all the needed amenities. There is access from both the front of the house, and from the alleyway in the back, where there is 4 parking spaces. The living room is very large, and the house is open and airy. The master is huge, and the other 2 bedrooms are also decent size. We would definitely stay here again.
