This is a NON-SMOKING home. GUEST will be assessed a smoke/odor elimination fee of $475 for smoking, permitting smoking, or otherwise causing the odor of smoking in the home.
No loose trash in the garage trashcan, it must be bagged. Trash pickup day is Tuesday. If you're staying through Monday night, please remember to roll the trash cans to the curb Monday evening.

This was our second time staying at this property. it is convenient and great for families. Its close to shopping and downtown, and has plenty of parking. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to make your own meals, and there are plenty of towels for the bathroom. Little touches like the portable crib are nice, especially when you're not getting charged an extra fee for it. Would stay here again.

This house was perfect for our needs! This home was very open, light, bright and we loved the modern touches. The kitchen amenities were wonderful, the television live streamed/app services were easy to use, the furniture was comfortable and we loved all the available blankets to have while sitting on the couches. Lighting was light and bright, and the finishes in the entire place were very modern and beautiful. There were plenty of linens available in each bathroom. The shower soaps and shampoos were wonderful. Check in was super easy, and the touch key pad made it easy to come and go. Parking was easy, and we loved the location of this home, in the East End, very close to downtown and all that we had set out to go do! I would definitely rent this home again.
