This is a NON-SMOKING home/property. GUEST will be assessed a smoke/odor elimination fee of $475 for smoking, permitting smoking, or otherwise causing the odor of smoking anywhere on the property.
No loose trash in the garage trashcan, it must be bagged. Trash cans are located in the alley behind the house. You may access them thru the gate in the backyard. Trash pickup day is Tuesday.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! It looked exactly like the pictures and was within easy walking distance to downtown Boise. The neighborhood was safe, friendly, and welcoming, which made me feel right at home. The house stayed nice and cool, even during the warmer parts of the day, and the location really couldn’t be better. The host was very responsive and made the whole process smooth and easy. Overall, this was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Boise, Idaho.

This property was a Cozy and Modern Escape in Downtown Boise. The location was ideal - quick trip from the airport, conveniently located near Boise State Campus, and super easy to get downtown. The home is adorable and very comfortable - couches, dining area, and bedrooms. Loved the neighborhood which is very walkable and you can walk to several hiking trails. Walking distance to Roosevelt Market which is a must for anyone who stays here! Very clean, well stocked with towels, extra pillows and comforters. Nice touch to have toiletries, laundry, and kitchen basics. Lots of room for parking in front and back. Cute patio out back too! Just loved this place! We would definitely stay here again!
