• Check-in is available after 3pm. You will receive an access code prior to arrival to enter the home. This is a NON-SMOKING home/property. GUEST will be assessed a smoke/odor elimination fee of $475 for smoking, permitting smoking, or otherwise causing the odor of smoking anywhere on the property. No shows on the day of arrival: If you do not check-in on your specified arrival date, and we have not received written notice of your late arrival or cancellation, then you will be marked as a no-show and your reservation will be cancelled (please note that the standard cancellation policy will apply). • If you’re bringing a pet along, we kindly ask that they stay off the furniture and beds. If you need to step out, please make sure they’re safely crated while left alone in the home. Thanks so much for helping us keep the space cozy for everyone! • Check-out time is before 10 am. • A full end-of-stay clean is included. • Guests must be a minimum age of 18 years in order to make a reservation, and must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay. It was the perfect place to clear my mind. The home was beautiful and the backyard was so peaceful and relaxing. I loved all the appliances and kitchenware they gave with the home. It is an amazing area inside and out.

Hidden gem. Located near private beach and many hiking trails. At night it is very quiet and peaceful. The house was very comfortable and clean. Kitchen had all the amenities. Along with fire pit, golf cart, outside seating. And a fenced yard for the dogs is a huge bonus. Definitely hope to come back again in the future.

Wow! This place was exactly what we needed ! Plenty of space and so cozy! Literally right at home or so we felt. The backyard is so space and the hot tub was so relaxing. I felt very welcome. We did use the golf cart, which I HIGHLY recommend for everyone! made it super easy to get to the beach and the houses nearby are just so gorgeous. I will definitely be looking to go here again .

I have stayed in many airbnbs but this one blows it out of the water. Looks just like the photos and every little detail has been thought out. From essentials to extras like Zip locks, laundry pods, coffee pods, high end linen, pellets for the smoker, every cooking tool/appliance you would need and even plastic cutlery for toddlers! Very child and pet friendly stay with hardy any "clutter" or need for "baby proofing" and my dog loved the large fenced in back yard. Over all the most relaxing stay I've ever experienced and truly felt like a home away from home.

Jeff’s place is a short walk down the street to the beach entrance, which made it so easy to catch the sunrise and sunset each day. His home is equipped with anything one may need for a short or long term stay. He’s really thought of everything, including beach chairs, beach towels, long boards, boogie boards, etc. All the beds are super comfortable and water pressure was perfect. Unfortunately, we forgot something after checking out. Jeff was super nice and accommodating in figuring out a way to get it to us. Highly recommend Jeff’s place!
