• Check-in is available after 3pm. You will receive an access code prior to arrival to enter the home. This is a NON-SMOKING home/property. GUEST will be assessed a smoke/odor elimination fee of $475 for smoking, permitting smoking, or otherwise causing the odor of smoking anywhere on the property. No shows on the day of arrival: If you do not check-in on your specified arrival date, and we have not received written notice of your late arrival or cancellation, then you will be marked as a no-show and your reservation will be cancelled (please note that the standard cancellation policy will apply). • If you’re bringing a pet along, we kindly ask that they stay off the furniture and beds. If you need to step out, please make sure they’re safely crated while left alone in the home. Thanks so much for helping us keep the space cozy for everyone! • Check-out time is before 10 am. • A full end-of-stay clean is included. • Guests must be a minimum age of 18 years in order to make a reservation, and must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay.
