• Check-in is available after 3pm. You will receive an access code prior to arrival to enter the home. This is a NON-SMOKING home/property. GUEST will be assessed a smoke/odor elimination fee of $475 for smoking, permitting smoking, or otherwise causing the odor of smoking anywhere on the property. No shows on the day of arrival: If you do not check-in on your specified arrival date, and we have not received written notice of your late arrival or cancellation, then you will be marked as a no-show and your reservation will be cancelled (please note that the standard cancellation policy will apply). • If you’re bringing a pet along, we kindly ask that they stay off the furniture and beds. If you need to step out, please make sure they’re safely crated while left alone in the home. Thanks so much for helping us keep the space cozy for everyone! • Check-out time is before 10 am. • A full end-of-stay clean is included. • Guests must be a minimum age of 18 years in order to make a reservation, and must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay. We had an amazing stay! Jeff was very responsive to my questions and even went out of his way to drop off a couple fire starter logs so we could use the fire pit! Use of the golf cart was super easy, and a great way to get down to the beach! The home was exceptionally clean and very welcoming and looked just like the pictures posted! There are lots of restaurants in the area to choose from but also all appliances and utensils needed to cook at home! We really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful home and wonderful amenities! The perfect place to spend my wedding weekend, though it was a little distance from the venue it was worth the drive, wouldn’t change a thing.

The house was clean with modern and comfortable furnishings. It looked exactly like the pictures. The backyard was great for our little ones and dog. Including the golf cart is a great bonus. The host was super helpful and responsive. It was a great stay and beachy getaway.

This house deserves five stars and more. Every detail was clearly created with such intentionality, making the space feel both welcoming and inspiring. It’s adorable inside and out, thoughtfully designed, and fully equipped with everything you could need—and then some. The peaceful beach setting made our family birthday weekend unforgettable, and the host’s responsiveness only added to the experience. Truly a special home that goes above and beyond.

We had such a wonderful stay! The house was just a short walk to the ocean, which made beach trips super easy. Love that they had beach chairs and golf cart to bring our items. The backyard was beautiful and relaxing, and the hot tub was the perfect way to unwind at the end of the day. The golf cart was such a fun bonus—it made exploring the area even more enjoyable. We loved the park across the street. Beautiful experience. Everything was comfortable, clean, and just as described. Would absolutely stay here again!
