• Check-in is available after 3pm. You will receive an access code prior to arrival to enter the home. This is a NON-SMOKING home/property. GUEST will be assessed a smoke/odor elimination fee of $475 for smoking, permitting smoking, or otherwise causing the odor of smoking anywhere on the property. No shows on the day of arrival: If you do not check-in on your specified arrival date, and we have not received written notice of your late arrival or cancellation, then you will be marked as a no-show and your reservation will be cancelled (please note that the standard cancellation policy will apply). • If you’re bringing a pet along, we kindly ask that they stay off the furniture and beds. If you need to step out, please make sure they’re safely crated while left alone in the home. Thanks so much for helping us keep the space cozy for everyone! • Check-out time is before 10 am. • A full end-of-stay clean is included. • Guests must be a minimum age of 18 years in order to make a reservation, and must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay. We had the best stay at this Palm Coast rental. From the moment we walked in, everything felt clean, comfortable, and exactly like the listing, honestly even better in person. The house had everything we needed, which made it so easy to settle in and just enjoy. Jeff was great to work with. He was quick to respond anytime I had a question and made the whole process feel easy and stress free. The beach access was one of our favorite parts. It was such an easy walk, and being dog friendly made it even better because our fur babies had the best time. The beach itself felt very family friendly and never too crowded. I also loved that Jeff had beach gear there for us. The golf cart was great to have, not having to carry chairs and umbrellas back and forth made a huge difference. We used it to explore the area and the girls loved that. The hot tub was perfect at night after long days in the sun. Everything we needed was a short drive away. Look forward to returning again with the family.

Amazingly Beautiful home and location! We needed a quiet relaxing get away from the DC area, this was it! Very quiet, dark, relaxing. We enjoyed seeing the stars at night around the fire pit and driving the golf cart for a morning walk on the beach with our Frenchie. This beach haven was well appointed from a pairing knife to a griddle to make pancakes. The hot tub was very relaxing and enjoyable. We lucked out and saw the Artemis lift off from the beach too. Definitely would return! I even ran into the owners children who were very friendly and nice. A couple small things to pack: tissues and wash clothes. These are totally packable items.

We enjoyed our stay, the backyard was amazing, the golf cart was an added bonus. The area was nice, quiet and the beach was not crowded. The house was very clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay at Jeff’s place again.

We loved our stay at this lovely home. Super clean, well stocked, nicely decorated, comfy beds and fabulous kitchen. The backyard was very private and the deck was comfortable and an extension of the inside space. We added the golf cart and it was nice for a run to the nearby beach. Jeff, our host, was very responsive and great to help with questions. We hope to return!
