This is a NON-SMOKING home/property. GUEST will be assessed a smoke/odor elimination fee of $475 for smoking, permitting smoking, or otherwise causing the odor of smoking anywhere on the property.
No loose trash in the garage trashcan, it must be bagged. Trash day is Tuesday morning. If your stay includes Monday evening, please move the trash bins from the side of the garage to the end of the curb.

Beautiful home in a beautiful location! Close to the freeway, stores and food. It was well stocked with all the little things you forget about you need and fit our family comfortably. We enjoyed our stay and the host was always super responsive. We would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay! The home was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and our kiddos loved the little bike path and park down the street. The location was great for where we needed to be; we’ll definitely book this home again!

This is a lovely home. We have stayed here twice and would not hesitate to stay gain. Great area, nice kitchen and comfortable beds. Host was quick to respond and very accommodating.

This place suited our needs perfectly. In a quiet neighborhood, but close to many restaurants and shopping. My husband and I appreciated the lower floor master bedroom, and our son had his own space upstairs. Furniture and beds are comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

This was a great newer home that was close to stores and the Freeway. We loved having the extra 1/2 bath(powder room), and the lot the home is on is an end lot and adjacent to a little park and had an open public space as a buffer between most of the neighbors so it felt private, even though it was in a tract home development. Great house, and manager was great and communicative.
