House Rules

Quiet hours after 10pm out of respect for our wonderful neighbors. No Pets please or a $250 fee will be enforced (The owner has allergies and needs to keep a pet free space) This is a NON-SMOKING home/property. GUEST will be assessed a smoke/odor elimination fee of $475 for smoking, permitting smoking, or otherwise causing the odor of smoking anywhere on the property. No loose trash in the garage trashcan, it must be bagged. Trash day is Tuesday morning. If your stay includes Monday evening, please move the trash bins from the side of the garage to the end of the curb.

This is our second time visiting and we absolutely love it here. We have family in Meridian so we frequently stay nearby as we are from NC. This home is always spectacularly clean and feels luxury with all the amenities provided. There is a park within walking distance. Lots of grocery and restaurants nearby. And the property management is always very speedy with response. We will definitely be back!

The house was in a very nice quiet neighborhood. The house itself was great and in great condition. We unfortunately were not able to enjoy the house as much as we would have liked to as we were there for a softball tournament and my daughter played a lot of games. The host was super responsive. We were even granted a slightly later checkout at late notice due to the times of my daughter’s championship games. We would definitely stay here again.
