Guests will be charged a $475 fee for smoking, permitting smoking, or causing any smoke odor anywhere on the property. 3. **No Show Policy**: If you do not check-in on your scheduled arrival date and have not provided written notice of a late arrival or cancellation, your reservation will be marked as a no-show and subject to the standard cancellation policy. 4. **Check-out**: Check-out time is before 10 am. 5. **Cleaning**: A thorough end-of-stay cleaning is included for your convenience. 6. **Age Requirement**: Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation and must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay. 7. **Pet Policy**: Please note, this home is not pet-friendly. A $400 charge will apply if evidence of pets is found on the property. 8. ***Trash day is Tuesday morning. If you're staying through Monday night, please remember to roll the trash cans to the curb Monday evening.***

We enjoyed our stay at this home. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable! The house was in a great location close by to our favorite BBQ restaurant in Valdosta, and close enough for us to drive to the dragstrip where we spent most of our days. The hosts were amazing and very responsive, giving clear instructions. We would highly recommend this host and home and we plan to re-book the next time we travel that way for drag racing.
