Guests will be charged a $475 fee for smoking, permitting smoking, or causing any smoke odor in the home. 3. **No Show Policy**: If you do not check-in on your scheduled arrival date and have not provided written notice of a late arrival or cancellation, your reservation will be marked as a no-show and subject to the standard cancellation policy. 4. **Check-out**: Check-out time is before 10 am. 5. **Cleaning**: A thorough end-of-stay cleaning is included for your convenience. 6. **Age Requirement**: Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation and must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay. 7. **Pet Policy**: Please note, this home is not pet-friendly. A $400 charge will apply if evidence of pets is found on the property. 8. ***Trash day is Tuesday morning. If you're staying through Monday night, please remember to roll the trash cans to the curb Monday evening.***

I had a great stay at this Airbnb in Valdosta! The home was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed. The host had excellent communication and even allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. It’s in a convenient location, close to stores and gas stations. The back patio was perfect for grilling, with a nice yard and green grass. Beds and rooms were very clean, the kitchen was nice, and access was super easy with a door code. I would absolutely stay here again—and I’m already planning to come back.
