House rules

Quiet hours after 10pm out of respect for our wonderful neighbors. This is a "country" property. We do our best to keep ant hills and weeds to a minimum, but please watch out for country critters while outside. This is a NON-SMOKING home. GUEST will be assessed a smoke/odor elimination fee of $475 for smoking, permitting smoking, or otherwise causing the odor of smoking in the home. No loose trash in the garage trashcan, it must be bagged. Trash pickup is Monday mornings.

It was a very nice place to stay. The house is spacious and nice, well-kept. Short trip to Tifton, The yard is large, with plenty of room for people to play. Furnishings were good, and appliances were nice. Very positive experience, and great price. Hosts provided excellent instructions before and throughout our visit.
