House rules

Quiet hours after 10pm out of respect for our wonderful neighbors. This is a "country" property. We do our best to keep ant hills and weeds to a minimum, but please watch out for country critters while outside. This is a NON-SMOKING home. GUEST will be assessed a smoke/odor elimination fee of $475 for smoking, permitting smoking, or otherwise causing the odor of smoking in the home. No loose trash in the garage trashcan, it must be bagged. Trash pickup is Monday mornings.

The house was very nice. The setting of the house was peaceful. Loved the cows! We didn’t have a lot of time at the house because we had training in the area, but when we were there it was very nice. Thanks!
