1. **Check-in**: Check-in time starts at 3pm. You will receive an access code before your arrival for easy entry into the home. 2. **Smoking Policy**: This is a non-smoking home. Guests will be charged a $475 fee for smoking, permitting smoking, or causing any smoke odor in the home. 3. **No Show Policy**: If you do not check-in on your scheduled arrival date and have not provided written notice of a late arrival or cancellation, your reservation will be marked as a no-show and subject to the standard cancellation policy. 4. **Check-out**: Check-out time is before 10 am. 5. **Cleaning**: A thorough end-of-stay cleaning is included for your convenience. 6. **Age Requirement**: Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation and must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay. 7. **Pet Policy**: Please note, this home is not pet-friendly. A $400 charge will apply if evidence of pets is found on the property. 8. **Trash Pickup**: Trash is picked up on Thursday mornings. If you are staying at the property Wednesday evening, please push both trash bins out to the end of the driveway. 9. **Parking** Parking is available in the garage or driveway. Street parking is not permitted in this neighborhood.

Everything was great. House is located in a newer neighborhood. Located outside of the city, short drive to the interstate. Had everything we needed for the weekend. Hosts were great. Would stay again.
