House Rules

Quiet hours after 10pm out of respect for our wonderful neighbors. This is a "mountain" property. We do our best to keep pests to a minimum, but please watch out for country critters while outside. No Pets please or a $250 fee will be enforced (The owner has allergies and needs to keep a pet free space) This is a NON-SMOKING home/property. GUEST will be assessed a smoke/odor elimination fee of $475 for smoking, permitting smoking, or otherwise causing the odor of smoking anywhere on the property. No loose trash in the garage trashcan, it must be bagged. Trash pickup is Friday mornings.

Just what I was looking for. The view from the balcony of this house located high on a mountain top is stunning! The arrangement of the home is minimalistic, clean, and attractive. It is peaceful. The hot tub with the view was a hit with our family. There are two hot tubs but one wasn’t in working order at our visit. We would have used it as well had it been functional. This is the perfect place to unwind and settle the mind and body. Only an onsite masseuse could make this better.

This home was very spacious and very nice! It is definitely remote, and very peaceful, but the drive back and forth to Boise for outings or closest stores was quite a trek up and down steep road roadway. Still very nice home though, with the hot tubs that were a bonus, and plenty of bedrooms & bathroom space too! Thank you for sharing your home with us!
